Where are places I gain work on getting Romantic Notions? I'm at the point where I need to get a Key to a Handsome Townhouse.

As the other thread on this topic mentioned, Polythreme is also a good option, although if your goal is only a townhouse and you don't have other business in Polythreme the travel time probably means its not worth it.
