The most exciting thing about this award isn't just about what Alexis Kennedy and the team have done for the game, but also what they've done for the industry as a whole. After years of writing taking a back seat to other technological aspects, it seems games are finally investing in quality story content and professional level writing. I think that's hugely important, and when it comes to creative fiction, Alexis Kennedy's honors are all the more well-deserved.

Definitely. The writing really adds to the tone of the game. I find in other games I play I often just skip through the dialogue etc and only skim enough to know what I'm doing, but here it's legitimately enjoyable.
