The "Give a gift" card has an option for that - but it requires 100 fate (and gives the same amount to the receiver).

Is there no way to give a smaller amount? I'd like to give my friend around 25 Nex, enough for exceptional for a month and a little extra, but giving 100 Nex seems to be a little to much

There used to be a cheaper option (10 Fate), but it got abused and disappeared.
