I lost my soul in the beginning of the game, to one of the two devils I was going out with. then I got back basically in the next move I made in the game.
I didn't even got time to enjoy not having a soul.

Less than 400 actions doesn't seem like that much to get your soul back.
That's less than a 4 day grind. That's cake. Considering one of the soul selling options give you a Fabulous Diamond, that seems more than reasonable.
Heck, getting a Night Whisper any other way would take about as long.
As for Intimate with Devils, I'd just advance the story as far as needed and sell your soul to one of them just to finish the story. You'll get it back in less than a week.
We've all done much, much harder grinds than that to advance stories without ideal Echoe per Action reward.
