Wilmot's End access?

I cannot get to Wilmot's end, I wanted to know if I'm missing something.
I cover the requirements - I have "A fine piece in the Game: A Veteran Spy", Connected: The Great Game 31, I have finished the Cheesemonger story, and my Shadowy is 102 +9.
The opportunity card is still not showing up - I've been waiting for it for days.
Any advice?

Nevermind, I *finally* got it.
Not sure if I have to be at some certain area, I was at my lodgings when the opportunity card popped up.
I will have to wait some more, currently iт's an almost impossible challenge for Shadowy 112.
