Does anyone know the point where master thief stops changing title? Is is five I don't remember.

5 is the number. Well, not The Number...
But, yes, at 5 the moniker becomes Uniquely Larcenous, which is as high as it goes since storylets which require Master Thief, like The Windward Tower, list all of the monkiers.
I believe Fletchr Honorama has the highest rank at 15.
