Faulty Opportunity Cards

Not sure where I should post this and my Google-fu is pretty weak today it seems. I have a card, Surface Ties: The Assailant. When I click on it, it loads for a moment and brings me right back to where I was before. I encountered this before on another card, it mattered little, as it was one I wasn't terribly interested in, but this Surface Ties one cannot be discarded. Please advise.

One of your qualities is outside the range required for the card, mouse over and check what is needed. You may need to re-equip/unequip something you had/didn't have when you drew the card.
