I'm very curious as to how many players have had Fallen London mythos crop up in their (real life) dreams, or indeed, simply dreamt about playing the game. I know I once came across some discussion on this in a thread here or in the IRC, but it eludes me now.
Well, I'll start: last night, I dreamt that I received a "Rare" frequency card promising me "a billionty echoes" if I chose a certain storylet. However, I was in a hurry and decided I would leave the card for closer examination later, at which point I accidentally discarded it. Even after I woke up, it took me quite some time to calm down.

I had a dream that the Stone Pigs came alive in a special Fallen London event, and afterwards all the area headers still reflected the destruction they caused.

I did once, a while back. I was walking around the streets of Fallen London; either Veilgarden or Ladybones Road, I can't remember which. Oddly enough, I was dressed in my actual clothes, rather than something more befitting of the setting. Nothing particularly exciting happened, though I think I saw a Jack murder somebody in the background.
Also of note is that the entire street was bathed in a sickly green, for some reason. The rest of the city clearly wasn't like that, as alleys faded into darkness naturally enough, and at one point I glimpsed a side street lit by white light, but Veilgarden/Ladybrook Road was a strange, pale green.

I remember a dream on the night I was reading one of these trashy Chinese court intrigue novel. I think I was listening to some kids scheming to discredit a bunch of noble families and get them executed, only to have a westerner constantly come in and ask for some green gems to advance his artistic career. He is constantly coming in so the plot can't be continued (I was dreaming in some odd blend of reading novel and first person experience I think) and have plot invulnerability.
I think you know who.

I had a week's worth of Mr Eaten dreams, once.
Not nightmares, really. They were all very sad and very oddly sweet. I don't remember any concrete details, just the general tone and the character.

I've had Fallen London dreams as well. No specific plot points I can recall - but the setting is the same. And I am always trying to unravel secrets, oscillating between feeling perplexed, bemused, and on the verge of some terrible, awesome discovery.
