I have been adding many players as contacts, but I do not see how I can view their profiles.
Can someone assist?

The profile url is always http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Profile/Username
Capitalization doesn't matter, but if there are spaces in the username, they are replaced with tildes: http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Profile/verity~green
Personally, I always have umpteen tabs open in my browser, so I leave one open to a profile and just change the name manually.

If you have a Mantelpiece link you can erase the name at the end of that url and write the name of the one whose profile you wish to view.
Edit: Spaces work too. It defaults to tildes, but if you erase the tildes and hit enter it'll still work.

I cannot access one or two active users (Acquaintances) from the profile address.
I get the: http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Error/E500
error message when I type in their name. Works fine on other contacts of mine. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
