How many actions does Darkdrop Coffee refresh?

Listic Posts: 14 11/11/2014	I have a few cups' worth of Darkdrop Coffee, but I'm hesitant to try it. How many actions will it actually restore: 10 or full 20? Will it restore 40 if I'm an Exceptional Friend? -- Listic, a gentleman in dire need of an avatar. Who goes around with a portrait of a bald grey default pony, anyway?
