How do I get a London street sign

I've exhausted the possibilities of Ladybones Road, so I need to get to the Forgotten Quarter. But I can't figure out how to get the London street sign that you need to get there. Can anyone offer kind assistance?

"The Ways of the Flit" is a Shadowy 40-80 card, and once you have the route to the Flit you get a chance to pick up (or take down, rather) a London Street Sign.
