I can't dock!

I hadn't played for a bit, and when I went back to the game, I got a notice saying that my location had moved, and offering to allow me to return to London. I accepted, but when I arrived, I couldn't dock. I tried other ports, no docking. Rebooted the game, still no docking. Is there anything I can do? I really don't want to start from scratch. I've already sent a bug report, but any advice would be appreciated.
