Hey, i got an opportunity card about the circus recently giving me a dangerous quest called a night at the carnival (need danger 45). In the quest i beat it, got a message about circus rewards, and got 50 rats from it? Is the ratty reward a minor reward or is that the standard one?

rewards for things are generally about equal to the difficulty of the relevant challenges so a 50 pence reward for a 50 dangerous challenge is normal.
