How to do observations in Steel?

cmdowns Posts: 1 10/7/2014	I can't figure out how to make observations in the new Steel combat system. Can anyone enlighten me?

dismallyOriented Posts: 215 10/13/2014	I do miss the observations mechanic. That was a very failbetter thing to include, and it fit my natural philosopher character. Perhaps if they could include a button for that, which could fill alongside firing solution... At a slower rate, likely.
