If you are looking for assistance in the form of in-game actions (such as from gaining a patron, which the title of your post implies) then including a link to your character's profile is helpful.
If you are merely looking for advice, then including your actual persuasive stat (without equipment or other modifiers) is rather necessary since the options available to you change depending on your stats.
