Can I get Foxfire Candle Stubs While in Prison?

So I'm going through the bag a legend storyline, and am now in New Newgate Prison, but can't complete the required objective because I don't have any foxfire candle stubs. Is there anyway to get some while I'm in prison or am I going to have to get released and then get arrested again?

I believe you'll have to escape and farm them on the outside, then head back to the Spike once again. I know I was irritated to learn that on my first return trip...
I'd advise building up a pretty good supply of candles first, just in case. Also, see about cultivating an acquaintance while you're there.
