I'm trying to catch it well more than month and thousands cardflips, staying on the Bazaar Side-Streets, and still no avail, although I saw Omen and Bookshop 5 or 7 timess already; so some rare cards are rarer than others? Possibly it's retired or my 12 of SotC bar me from it? Could anyone confirm its existence?

It's a Rare Frequency card, drawable only in the Bazaar Side-Streets that requires Watchful 50 (considering that you have to be POSI -level to reach the Side-Streets, that shouldn't be a problem,) and have Scholar of the Correspondence 1+
