There doesn't seem to be. I'd like it if this card only appeared if your Time The Healer quality was less than 20, or some other value that shows you probably know what you're doing.

While I think it's a decent idea, the help menu should always be findable from somewhere in game. Maybe it should also be an option on the first page of the Log Book regardless of where you are or what you're doing....and disappear from the side bar after enough Time The Healer passes.
