Foiling Footpads

I happened to play the foiling footpads storylet today. When I did so, I found that the image that usually accompanies it had been replaced with something rather...inappropriate. I took the liberty of taking a screen capture of it, although given its nature, I would think it inappropriate to show. I simply wondered if this had happened to anyone else.

I just tried it twice, clearing my cache and forcing a clean reload for the second attempt with nothing untoward appearing.
SIlhouette of three people (same as for "One's Public") for the Ladybones option and a half-drank bottle once selected.

I think that happened to someone else once, on a different storylet (or a card), with an image that was quite safe to share, so a screenshot was posted here on the forum. I suppose it could be some kind of caching error in the client computer?
