Hello dear citizens of Fallen London. I have the intention of obtaining the Ubergoat; any advices of how exactly can I obtain this creature? I do know I will be requested one Fate and two Overgoats, but still have no idea how it will look technically. Could anyone please clarify if possible?

When you get your two goats an option will turn up on the Overgoat card that costs one fate. Play it and you have your Ubergoat.

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.
