I've always wondered if it mattered where you play your opportunity cards. I'm at a point where a few things I need to progress at in them, so I'm just sitting where I was last, which is Mahogany Hall. I know obviously they change in areas like the tomb colonies, etc, but I mean will it matter if I do my cards in the Flit versus my lodgings, and etc? Thanks!

There are a FEW location specific cards, but not many

I think the location specific cards only apply to where they appear, though, not to where you play them.

It's both actually. If it only appears in one area, you can't play it elsewhere.
