Comprehensive Bribes: No longer from assassins?

I am one Comprehensive Bribe off obtaining my Yacht, and the option seems to have vanished from Dealing with Assassins.
Am I seeing things? The flavour text for the Bribes still says I can get them by dealing with assassins.

Yeah, that option is gone now. You'll have to purchase them in the Sidestreets, or pursue the Fidgeting Writer and smash the Lens of Black Glass.
