Look somewhere in the right hand side of your journal, it should tell you where you need to go.

I'm afraid that guy's quest doesn't tell you where to go in the journal, I remember having the same problem. Here's hoping they fixed it but I doubt it. If it's any help, the only time I got it it was Polythreme.

There actually is a spot in the journal for it.
It's the top right section, says where you need to go. Don't feel bad, I was going to post this as a request before I stopped and read everything too.
