I've been hunting corsairs around Gaider's Mourn and honestly, the unclear devices are really starting to pile up. Is there anywhere to get rid of them at a profit, or should I just chuck them overboard?

I haven't found anywhere yet and I must admit that they are the first thing I dump if I need the hold space.
