i signed in normally but insteand of being in spite t was at the create a charicter screen! I have played Fallen London for two years and dont want to start over. Help! My profile is still avalable but i can not sign in.

If you've tried logging out, clearing your cache, and logging back in with the same result, I'd suggest submitting a bug report.

Indeed please do s bug report but are you quite sure (and sorry to be annoying) that you don't have a half started character with another medium? I get this when I try to log in with Twitter as I managed to start another character like that by mistake.
Interestingly I am on a laptop not my pc and I can't make my text the right colour as experienced in another thread!
