Playing the Clathermounts storyline on Ladybones Road. (Watchful currently 38.) He pays me, but pennies never appear in my inventory. Anyone had that happen. My currency states resolutely at 19.41 Echoes. Help?

Try refreshing the page. I've seen that happen with penny rewards before.

Happened to me many times. Don't worry, your data refresh together with your action candle. Some sort of synchronization problem - or lag, if you like - between the servers and your machine.
If that didn't happen, then it is obviously a bug, and you should report it.
