Hello I was wondering how integrated or at all Sunless Sea and Fallen London are, for instance can anything I do in Sunless Sea effect Fallen London or vice versa?

There is one or two storylets in FL that will yield an advantage in SS. Other than that, there are no other links between the two that we know of yet. But there will probably be more.
