No Engine Required?

TheArgonaut Posts: 40 6/23/2014	Bug or feature - I'm undecided - but I can explore quite happily without an engine installed in my boat (in other words, there is one in my hold, gathering dust). The game does seem to acknowledge this fact as there is an appreciable effect on fuel consumption. So am i paddling my paddle steamer?

Owen Wulf Posts: 715 6/23/2014	The engines you buy and use in your ship simply add a bonus to speed, same with weapons and iron.
