OK, I upgraded the game to .1320, but now there's some real unpleasant stuttering, which may be demonstrated only in the video rather than screenshot, which I can't... well, if you saw that, you know what I mean, there's no ship moving, she rather 'jump' to proposed location after you press pause/resume. How do you fix it? Revereted to 1308 for the time being.
Dirty Fix: disabled Screen Effects in the options
