Mirror Marches and Touched by Fingerwork

So, I've heard that at a certain level of Touched by Fingerwork, you get sent to the Mirror Marches rather than a State of Some Confusion. What level is that?

I believe as long as you have at least one Memory of Light you'll end up there no matter your fingerwork level.

Touched By Fingerwork has no influence on the Menace Zones, as far as I'm aware. As Sackville says, the change comes from remembering light.
