So, when you hand over the Fate, the game says, "This opportunity will unlock the hidden secrets of the Fourth Coil - four new beasts to breed and call your own. And the terrible truth of the Bishop's real plans. A dozen storylets and opportunities of bestial savagery and revenge!"
I've got the pets and their opportunity cards, but so far nothing new about the Bishop. Is there another card I should be waiting for? Do I need to make the Bifurcated Owl first?

The Bishop's story is unlocked through cards. They'll be bronze bordered. I think it unlocks with the obdurate stallion. It'll be a connections check, but pass or fail, you'll continue the story. Just keep flipping through your deck.
