Advice needed - how do I Zoom?

Somehow I have managed to Zoom in but I can't work out how I did it or how to Zoom out again.
I don't use a mouse but a touchpad. I'm using Windows 7 on a laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

Check out your mouse pad options. Mine has a "Zoom" Option. If that's enabled, you can zoom in and out by sliding your finger along the left side of the pad.

Thanks Shawn01752 I'll try that next time I play. And it sounds like something I could have done without realising what I was doing.
