So no matter what port I go to I die when I dock. I tried updating. Is anyone else getting this problem?

What manner of death does it say you die by? It's not related to the name bug, is it?

Like, it says I lost all my crew, It ask who I was and then It gives me the chracter background options and I can't do anything. =/

Did you download and install the patched version from the Humble Store? The in-game updates don't fix that issue.
