Just back from an unusually successful voyage where I encountered and vanquished two pirates. So I arrived back with only three crew, the rest having gone off in the prizes. But I was surprised later to find that my prize crews never came back and I had to recruit more. Surely at least some of them might stay on for a second voyage and even more prize money?

To be honest, I was too thrilled with my prize money to even notice the squirrelly rogues hadn't returned.
