The Kickstarter mentions that if you have backed enough you will get two copies, One to play and one to share.
Will this "Gift copy" contain beta access or is it for the offical release? I'd like to know since beta is right around the corner and I have a friend I'd like to send the game to.

No cats or investigations of photographers please.
Same goes for Sparring,Loitering,Suppers and Games of chess! Sure I'll accept them occasionaly but I wont help you grind them most of the time.
But calling cards are highly welcome! (Got too much influence for cards at the moment. Sorry!)

We committed to making beta access exclusive to backers. So the answer is no -- the second copy is a copy of the finished game. It will become available to share when the game ships -- and because it's an early beta and not representative of the quality of the final release, we'll be asking people not to share it.
