Losing Routes

Well today I thought I was going mad.
Needed eductaing Lyme 1 to make him a photographer in my newspaper so I thought I'd head back to mahogany hall, except I had no button to press.
I checked my routes and I had no route Mahogany Hall.
I was sure I had been doing things there on both of my two accounts as I remembered choosing glass for one and shroud the other.
I decided to check my qualities etc. Sure enough I had glass 4 , pygmalion 2, WoI 20 but no way to get to the hall itself.
Is this a bug? If so can I have the money back I spent unlocking the route again please?
Anyone else lost some routes?
