I've looked at the wiki. The only sources it states are selling the Nadir and acquiring a mass ton of scraps. Is there a another option?

I'm not aware of another method at the moment, and it's generally good policy to trust the wiki. They do good work.

It's also a very expensive item. Very expensive items are often very rare and special too, so there are very few ways of acquiring them.
