If you have access to the Shuttered Palace, you can also get one from the first option in completing a portrait commission. That's how I got one for a tattoo.

Have you got a Rooftop Shack and acquaintance with the Forger? There is an option on the The High Castle card that gives 1 Broken Giant and some Greyfields 1882.

How much longer do we have until the tattoos are no more? I'm still hoping I somehow run across a bottle, otherwise I might just opt out since the price is so high for removing a tattoo (if another chance arises for something more appropriate I don't want to miss it is how I'm thinking).

No shack! Just rob a drunk in spite a few times and you'll have the shrieks to get one. Lodging cards can be very useful. I wouldn't have been surprised if you said you hadn't made the acquaintance of the forger as you need to go back to New Newgate and be lucky enough to get the right card (or pay Fate on a particular story).

So, by this point, if the option is still around, we have an indefinite amount of time to complete it? Or do we only have until the end of March, three days away? I've been desperately trying to raise my Correspondence, so I can have the Scar in the Sky tattoo...and then I just discovered I need a watchful of 170ish to proceed. I was so excited that the Shadowy Dealings in the University could increase it, but I hadn't known the level requirement.
So, a few questions I suppose:
Is there any other way to raise Correspondence to 10, other then Shadowy Dealings in the University?
Does Millicent's Parlour disappear by the end of March, or is it safe, waiting for me to complete?
Good ways to grind Watchful? It's easily 30 points ahead of every other stat of mine, without items. But apparently it's not enough.

I am trying to do the same thing as you Brin! You can gain SotC very slowly by composing Symphonies at Court, which is what I am doing right now. I believe that you can also increase it with an ocelot in the Labyrinth of Tigers but that costs Fate and I can't afford any right now. The last option is to get a Mood through one of the opportunity cards (A dusty bookshop and there might be another, I'm not sure) which can raise one of your stats by 30 points for one hour. Good luck! I hope we both make it - I really want that Scar tattoo.

Speaking of love, although not so much of tattoos: I was under the impression that at some point after the Feast, Masquing was going to be converted to Making Waves. However, I'm still seeing An Encounter at the Feast AND Lilac--should I just go ahead and spend my remaining masquing on stolen kisses?

They've said that it will be converted to MW, and I'm assuming that's still the case - perhaps they're busy with Sunless Sea, and so have let us enjoy those parts of the Feast content a bit longer.

And like that, Millicent's tattoo parlour was gone. Sadly for me I was unable to get my Scholar of the Correspondence high enough in time to get the Scar in the Sky tattoo. Now I shall just have to wait and see when and if she returns.
