I am currently at 83+33=116 Persuasive for the next 50 minutes or so...  any suggestions, other than spending time in the Shuttered Palace taking advantage of near-100% success in the usual storylets? Of course by the time you answer it may be gone, but maybe others will profit from suggestions (in the forums I only found advice on the Watchful mood). Thanks

Grinding the Shuttered Palace would be a good idea with that level of Persuasive.
I think you can also unlock An Old Acquaintance? opportunity card with that kind of stats. According to the wiki, you can unlock a certain acquaintance through that card (I gained her acquaintance through other means ). She's quite helpful in Counting the Days and tending my character's Wounds and Nightmares. She might even help you in your POSI journey.
