I've been banished from the court, but the Veteran Privy Counsellor promised I'll get this title someday. Is this option available in-game? If not, will it ever be?
You probably don't know the answer to the second question, but I'm asking just to be sure.

It is not currently available, though the plot hints that it will eventually become available through the Foreign Office.

Yes that is correct. You can refuse as many times as you like - but once you do accept you are on the road to exile, so make sure you have finished everything you want to do at the Court before you accept.

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.
No Calling Cards or boxed cats please. Will take dupes on the affluent photographers. Other social invitations welcome. Parabolan Kittens usually available, send me an in-game social action saying you want one and I will get one to you as soon as possible.
