...an option to reset the Unnatural Exuberance (or perhaps to get Investigating or Fascinating for free with very low probability) in case one of the rounds goes really bad for luck! It happened to me a few times and I am forced to wait for opportunity cards to play (or, better, waste) until the Exuberance arrives at 1.

I've had that problem a couple of times,
I've also had the exact oppisite problem once or twice, where i only need to get a moderate amount of investigating or Fascinating, and have had all the luck in the world, so I was left with Unnatural Exuberance 3 or , and as much Investigating or Fascinating as I need, and waiting for relevant oppertunity cards so i can get the rest of my Exuberance down.
