Leaving the Cave of the Nadir

Here's a relatively dumb question: Let's say I just spent 3 actions to get into the Cave of the Nadir and then realized, appropriately enough, that I had forgotten to do some prep work. (I forgot to bring Diaries of the Dead.)
I have no irrigo yet. If I leave immediately, will I acquire irrigo on the way out? If no, can I do my prep work and come back without waiting for Time the Healer again?

You probably do have an Irrigo. Entering gives you 1.

D'oh. You're right-- either it was there and I didn't see it, or it showed up after a refresh. I'm not sure which, but it's there now.

The stats don't refresh immediately. Not unless you go to the Myself page and change a piece of equipment.
