You never level out of this. And the higher your Dangerous the more Wax you get from this. If you're stat capped, it's actually a better option than Unfinished Business.

You can get quite a few foxfire candles by creating a hymn in the shuttered palace, if you both have access and haven't been kicked out.
3000 candles for 24 inspired.
