Nope. It, and the Contretremps card, got locked with Impossible at the same time as the rest of SMEN went on hiatus.

Ewan C., all the cards that now have names starting with "City vices" are unavailable in the new lodgings, but if you really want them (they are mostly cards that most players consider annoying) you could move back into the city. The Old Acquaintance, I believe, is one of these. I'm sure there's a list in the wiki somewhere.

Loon - I realise; after drawing cards in the city for a week or so, all of the other Vices cards crop up a lot but Old Acquaintance appears to have gone.

Yeah, I haven't drawn the Old Acquaintance since they changed those cards to City Vices.
