I've drank about 6 bottles of it now and with each success or failure gotten nothing but stat drops. Like literally nothing else either way.
From what I've read about the place you're supposed to get things on a success AND on a failure. Has this changed?

Yes, it was nerfed. At one time it was the most profitable grind in the game, but alas, no longer. The items it gave simply became too profitable. Though that said, I haven't checked it for a rare success since the change. So there might be something out there if you are willing to try 200 or so bottles with no guarantee of profit.
