Changing Person of Some Importance specialisations

Does anyone know how to do this? Specifically I have A Legendary Charisma and want An Invisible Eminence ( I meet all the requirements for the latter, but the storylets for the specialisations have vanished from Spite etc. - presumably because I have one already - but the storylet did say I could change the specialisation "later". )
