What does it means to be a "Correspondent"?

Corvo Posts: 221 12/15/2013	I have seen this title appear on chats regarding actions in the game; I assumes it is related to the Correspondence, but beyond that I don't know how or where to unlock it. Spacemarine9 Posts: 2234 12/23/2013	Also, there's a new option at Shadowy Dealing in the University that'll let you use Correspondence Plaques, Aeolian Screams and Extraordinary Implications to raise your Scholar level. It's capped at 20!
