Leathery Human Hearts?

There is an option under Shadowy Dealings at the University that requires five leathery hearts. I only have the one from the Clay Jack story way back when. Repeating that story doesn't seem to be an option, though whether because it's truly one time only or because I locked myself out of it by destroying Jack, I couldn't say. Are there other ways to obtain more? I've been dying to know what the use for this thing is.

killing jack was the problem. The option would have been available otherwise. Fortunately, I think all that option gives you is a fair bit of connected to the revolutionaries. Which is a pitty considering how much work getting all those hearts was.
