What/where is/are the Coils of the Bazaar?

What's the context for your question? After a quick search, the most prominent reference I can find to "The Coils of the Bazaar" is the description of the later stages of the Person of Some Little Consequence storyline that leads to becoming a Person of Some Importance, which unlock the Bazaar Sidestreets area, south of the river.

Yes. I've unlocked the Bazaar Sidestreets and built a Velocipede. And now I don't know what to do next. I checked Progress under Qualities on the Myself page and found The Coils of the Bazaar.

I think you need to confirm that you know how to do things in the Bazaar Sidestreets. Check the storylets available there to see if "Are we done?" appears.
