Reducing suspicion?

You would think I would have this figured out by now, given how long I've been playing, but I can't seem to find the options that would let me reduce suspicion. I'm at around 150-160 for my stats, so the Topsy King is no longer available, I can't find the Wry Functionary at the Palace, and I only see social options to reduce scandal, not suspicion. Is it only doable via opportunity cards now? Or am I (as I suspect) missing something terribly obvious.

You can buy Instant Ablution Solution in the Bazaar for 1.50 echoes at Nikolas' Pawnbrokers. Or use a social action at your lodgings if your Suspicion is high enough.

I just go to Newgate, timing it out to be sure I've got my progress qualities zeroed out. You can finish up surprisingly quickly if you get lucky with an escape. Even without, flipping cards can get you out in 12 - 15 actions. K&C is an obstacle - if your form is in really good shape this is not desirable.
